Welcome to Pear Bear. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the following Shipping Policy.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
1. Order Processing
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.
If products are in high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the amount initially paid. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods. Pear bear does not always ship on weekends or major holidays.
2. Pre-Orders
Items that are marked as Pre-Order at check-out are expected to ship upon arrival to our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for Pre-Order items to the payment method provided. 3. Shipping Methods
FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, Pear Bear offers free 3-5 day standard shipping. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include Tracking.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, Pear Bear offers worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include Tracking. *Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 2-3 day order processing window.
Delivery duties and fees are dependent on shipping location and will be paid by the buyer. Please contact your local customs office first for assistance with estimating additional costs.

4. Final Sale Items
During sale periods, all sales are final. Pear Bear reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.
ALL items in the V-Art outlet are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
